An audio-visual guide takes you on an active tour from Stege Harbour to the local historical museum at the town gate. In sound and images, the guide provides information on events relating to Stege’s main street, Storegade. Here, the residents themselves are the historical archive. The soundtrack guides you through both historical events and more inconsequential matters, and along the way, sounds, images and videos present you with both ordinary and exotic stories, facts and subtle details. The work retells and interprets local history.
